I've noticed that I do a lot better when I eat a lot of small meals during the day, more like snacks really, than actual meals. I do pretty well during the day when I'm busy at work and running around but when it comes to dinner I tend to lose the self control and end up eating a large dinner portion which can trigger an attack that evening or the next morning. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for working on self control when it comes to portion size. I know what's best for me but I still struggle with this, probably out of habit of eating a large dinner most of my life. Thanks!
