Hello I have had IBS issue since about 2008. My most recent attack seems to be more severe than ever before due to the amount of stress I was having and the main source of my problem is the constipation. Although most of those stressful issues have been resolved it left me in the mist of the worse IBS flare up I have ever experienced which led me to research more and the discovery of this sight. Oh is it a relief to find out that I am not alone I am not alone in this battle and there is a support system. This attack is lasting much longer and has taken a mental toll on me like no other due to weightless and worry and severe lost of appetite. It has caused panic attacks and anxiety that gives me problems with sleeping which led me to try natural sleep aids. The specific product that I have tried for about two days and is effective is Natural Vitality Natural Calm but it is a magnesium product and I read on this sight that heavy doses of magnesium is not always best and may cause irritation. I also recently have been suggested to use a product called mag 07 which is supposed to assist in delivering oxygen to your colon to relieve spastic actions. After reading a lot of information on here I feel that I have been headed in the wrong direction for relief. Is there a sleep/anxiety attack aid that is safe for flare up recovery or should I try to avoid them and just fight it out while sticking to the soluble intake regimen and probiotics and pure aloe vera juice were recommended are they safe?
