Zinc Carnosine       06/03/16 07:36 AM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA Hello everyone, My most recent bloodwork showed that my white blood cell count was low and I have been getting more colds than usual. To help increase my white blood cell count and combat these colds I was considering supplementing with zinc. I found this zinc product (zinc carnosine) Zinc link which is supposed to have gut healing properties as well. Does anyone have any experience using it safely?
