I'd certainly include allergies on that list. I'm not sure about the meds themselves - that hasn't come up before as a drug class people often have IBS problems with, so that is good. You might have to be extra careful with your diet, add extra soluble fiber, use more peppermint than usual, etc. to just help keep your gut calm in the face of the allergies and the stress they're putting on your body.
