Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | VERY thankful for IBS Hypnosis CDs!!

Hello Again,

I just completed the second listening of the 100 Day IBS Hypnosis CDs and I DO notice big differences!

For one, I am very regular now for the FIRST time in my life. I go every other day now.

My days of frequent bathroom trips and lots of urgency are GONE, thank GOD! In the past, on days when I had a BM, I would urinate frequently all day long. Some days I had 19 bathroom trips.

Now that is ALL GONE and I no longer have the issue of frequent urination!

Also my abdominal cramps are a thing of the past (for the most part) and I have a LOT less gas now. I can tolerate moderate amounts of dairy and I have a glass of wine and salads a few days per week as well!

I don't think I will EVER be CURED totally but I am SO thankful for this site and the opportunity to purchase the Hypnosis CDs! There is even an article in the 2/1/16 issue of Globe magazine that hypnosis works for IBS!

I wish ALL on this site HUGE improvement in their IBS symptoms as well!!

Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit.
