I cannot take peppermint caps...they feel kind of like they explode in the stomach; it's a crazy feeling. Right now I'm working with a holistic practitioner to find the root of my problems. I feel IBS is just a blanket name traditional docs give to anyone with gut problems and are not knowledgeable at all.
