Probiotic help       11/07/15 07:53 PM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA Hello- I started a probiotic today and have terrible bloating and gas. I know this can be typical when starting a probiotic but this is pretty bad. I noticed the probiotic has FOS in it. Is this something I should be concerned with or is it in a trace amount and thus ok. The probiotic is Now Foods Probiotic 10.
