Always some stomach problem after eating anything...

I have submitted 22 pages of tests and G/I doctors progress notes of imaging and Blood Work and even a liver biopsy to my gastroenterologist brother-in-law who decided to get involved. He would not diagnose me because of the ethics of working with family but he did describe me as having a "GI track complex (wild nervous stomach) driven by a psychiatric disorder". I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder and am prone to anxiety, panic attacks and crying spells. The ruling out tests for the most dangerous diseases that mimic IBS were terrifying to me and each test takes months to complete because of our new medical system in this country. The new G/I doctor wants me to have an endoscopy "to see what is going on in there." There is also other tension in the household which I am sure kicks up the ibs. I had a good day yesterday but got hungry and ate a lot of prunes. I am constipation dominant and the G/I doctor said I should have a bowl of Fiber One cereal and 4 prunes everyday. It solves the constipation problem. I was fine last night and at 5 in the morning, I took the Peppermint pill one half hour before having two pieces of toast, a bowl of Fiber One with a teaspoon of Tummy Fiber, two prunes, the equivalent of one egg in egg whites. I fell asleep and awoke two hours later with stomach pains and cramps. I drank several cups of fennel tea but it didn't help. At 7:00 PM, I had a small bowl of white rice with a teaspoon of Tummy Fiber. On a scale of ten I have been nauseated about seven, and my stomach cramps and pain all over my stomach have been 6 on a scale of 10. I took Reglan for nausea but it hasn't helped much. What's up. Too big a breakfast? Too early in the morning and I shouldn't have gone to sleep again? Too much stress in the household kicking up all this? I have something more terrible than IBS? Can I conclude that I ate too much breakfast and when I do, I will get an IBS attack? Or do people with IBS always have to suffer nausea and stomach pain/cramps and pain on the lower left side of the lower tummy after every single meal? I have explainable weight loss 15 pounds since August 1. It is now Oct 10, 2015. I need the calories but dread eating because of the IBS symptoms. What do you make of all this I have written. I have written thoroughly so I can get to the bottom of these IBS attacks. It is night time now and I have cramps and nausea. My mother has made enough squash, papaya and other things to feed an army and isn't happy with how much food I haven't eaten today! She put it all in the freezer for another day. My brother-in-law Gastroenterologist says to have the endoscopy but he probably will not find anything, but it is scary like crazy in light of these ever present symptoms.
