Insomnia and IBS       08/30/15 04:21 AM Edit Reply Quote Rdc09 Reged: 08/30/15 Posts: 1 I have had IBS for many years, accompanied by insomnia. A couple of weeks ago, I began using Heather's Tummy fiber, which has helped my constipation IBS immensely. Along with that, I've been sleeping really well! It is so wonderful because I have tried several drugs to treat the insomnia and nothing has helped long term. I'm interested to know if anyone else has noticed this association.
