I tried the ground flax yesterday, and you are right, it did cause problems. So I think I will take a shot at Heather's acacia again as it has been a long time since I tried it, and if that isn't okay, I will take your suggestion to try the methylcellulose tablets: are you saying that you CAN get them without citric acid or sweeteners?
