I am newly diagnosed with IBS. I find that I have a lot of rectal pressure and odd sensations in my anus, rectum, and in my lower back. Especially after eating. But it is on and off throughout the day. And my symptoms are worse when I lay down, almost like my colon is getting stimulated when I lay down. Does anyone else have these symptoms?
