I use the Monash phone app to guide me on the low FODMAP diet. They measure the average amount of FODMAPs from each of the FODMAP groups. The amount is serving size dependent. So if they say 1 slice of white wheat bread is low FODMAP I would have one slice. AND when buying GF foods always check to make sure they don't contain high FODMAP ingredients like onions, garlic, honey, agave, et
