Freekah grain- is it safe?       06/18/15 06:55 PM Edit Reply Quote Ashwur Reged: 06/18/15 Posts: 1 I have been hearing a lot about Freekah.. has anyone tried this before? Is it a "bad" grain for those of us with IBS or a good one? I keep hearing a lot about its fiber content but I am not sure if it is more soluble or insoluble. Any help would be appreciated Thanks!
