I'm VERY glad for you too, thanks for posting! I noticed you posted IBD;Did you mean IBS? Checking the gall bladder is part of all the testing they did on me at the VERY START for IBS;wondering why this wasn't found out at the beginning as part of your testing. What type of doctor ordered your testing, a GI? Sounds like you should get some compensation for the lack of a proper diagnosis from that doctor. What kind of insurance would let this happen, possibly costing them alot as well. Did they ever prescribe you something at the beginning? I was prescribed anticholinergics/anti-spasmotics. In Heather's book "The First Year, IBS," it mentions about people getting prescribed Questran for gall bladder removal, for IBS;So, now have you been prescribed Questran? I've talked to a few people in person who have told me they have never been prescribed Questran for absorbing the bile irritating the colon after gall bladder removal and say they NOW have IBS
