My tuna in a sandwich is only 5g of fat and the mayo I make with morinu silken lite tofu is 5g or less of soy oil so...Is a white rice bread ok with a fat content of 25g @ 21% of 120 cal./slice? Can't eat much of the white wheat bread enough to make a sandwich with it without gas trouble even every once in a while. Good fats at beginning of meal don't trigger me as long as low enough. Thanks

Questioning fat content mainly now at the 21% of 120 cal/slice (canola). French and sourdough wheat bread have next to nothing in fat as it is. Thanks
