Who can help for fast ibs-safe diner?       04/22/15 09:51 AM Edit Reply Quote Sassie Reged: 07/02/13 Posts: 188 Loc: The Netherlands, Europe Once a week I go out for my hobby in the evening. I only got like 45 minutes for cooking and eating.. Every time I have problems with it. Does someone have a real fast diner? I tried pasta very often but within the hour I need to go in a hurry to the toilet. I love to do the sport (kayaking) but I can't handle the short time I have between coming home from work and leave the house to go to the club. I know it's no good to be in a hurry for ibs, but hey, I can't stop doing my work.. and I don't want to stop to have those great evenings with the people around..
