After flu care       03/23/15 09:10 AM Edit Reply Quote Cate Reged: 03/23/15 Posts: 1 Loc: Ohio I am new to the boards-but have been using Heather's website and products for some time. I have battled ibs-a for 20 years and have been very stable on heathers diet. I have also recently moved for the first time in 20 years,which has triggered some episodes, and last week had a bad bout of stomach flu. I cannot seem to get stable, I seem better one day and the next ibs kicks up big time. I just started back on sf supplement yesterday- could that have aggravated it with too big a dose?
