The tiredness and dry mouth (talked about) aren't different than some of the side effects from Dicyclomine I've taken(which has also caused a lack of concentration and sun sensitivity, but not weight gain that I've needed a some of. St John's wort "tincture" form is recommended in my herb book-(a book in all the health stores around here)as a natural replacement for a low dose of the tricyclic anti-depressent Elavil, somewhat effective.
