Diet after an upset       02/10/15 08:59 AM Edit Reply Quote euro1rotts Reged: 02/04/15 Posts: 1 Hi I just started the IBS diet about a week ago I have purchased the #2 kit and the tea and so far I have to say wow what a big difference. My IBS has been so severe that it has changed my life. Last night I had a bad night with a flare up but no where near the severity I'm use to.
