Better for diarrhea;EDIT: My experience is with dicyclomine, slows bowel and urination, tames upper GI a little, very drying. Have taken at most, 10mg 4x/day-inexpensive. Messes up concentration if taken this often during day for me, similar to Benedryl antihistamine effect. I like the peppermint caps, fennel tea and acacia regimen.
