I would like to share my remedy for IBS constipation. It works like a charm.

Every day:

- drink lots of water (spring water is always best for IBS)

- eat cooked organic beets (peeled and boiled ... beets are a root vegetable that is safe for IBS and it is a natural laxative ... you will need to do some experimentation to see how much you need to eat to solve your IBS-C)

- eat a raw organic apple (peeled and cored .... only if you can tolerate a raw apple)

- eat cooked organic apples (peeled and cored) baked until cooked with water and plain organic oatmeal (buy the oatmeal from a health food store, do NOT eat Quaker Oats) ... make sure the oatmeal is full cooked.

The above will solve your IBS-C in most cases. :-)
