I figured you needed to know the answer for Fall Festival/Halloween time maybe. Tough on an IBS youngin during special days. Rice Krispy treats can be eaten on their own I think (some brown rice in that brand, but not Trader Joes brand). I lightly sprayed a rectangle glass dish with butter "flavored" canola spray. Micro-warmed marshmallows with alot less canola oil/fat ratio than in Kraft's recipe, or opt. with some cocoa powder (not too much, bitter) to own taste and NO canola in a lightly also sprayed bowel, stirred in the rice krispies and spooned it into the dish pressing with wet hands..easy.
