Hi - I'd guess it was the coffee and bacon, both of which are huge IBS triggers. But the French toast was likely deadly too, as it's made with egg yolks, milk or cream, and then fried in butter. Collectively there was a ton of fat in this meal, plus the GI irritant of the coffee.

I'm not sure where the salmon came in. Salmon is a higher fat fish, but still low fat enough to be safe for most folks. If you're really struggling you can stick to white fish.
