Alternative to Granola Bars?       09/18/14 06:43 AM Edit Reply Quote Some_Guy Reged: 12/22/12 Posts: 5 I like granola bars for their portability, long shelf life and semi nutritious content (even though they have a lot of sugar). Are there any alternatives that are more IBS diet compliant and maybe have less sugar? Preferably this would be something that can just be bought at a store Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
