She thinks its not normal not to be able to keep anything inside. She thinks its something a lot worse. Does anyone have the same problem? Im starting to get worried what if it is something worse? I dont even know what to avoid (what food) as everything makes me go to toilet which is strange. Im going to order acacia and I ordered align probiotics so going to try that. Is that a good idea? Are align probiotics any good?
