I remember years ago asking a new doctor's offc. if their doctor did, they didn't know???! Then, when I went for the 1st appt. the Gen. Pract. doctor said he didn't do vitamin shots. My sliding scale women's clinic Naturopath doctor before him did for my IBS-D. I'm using the sublingual spray right now, which doesn't hurt, just the out of pocket $ budget.
