Im just trying to eat as bland and as healthy as possible but il phone my midwife this week and see if she has any suggestions. I usually find doctors are pretty useless when it come to ibs. They just dont get it at all. Im pregnant so this should allow me to pig out on cake and ice cream!instead il just stick to my rice cakes and banana.
