It looks like I will be travelling to Washington DC for a few days with the family....nervous about this. Does anyone know of safe places to eat there ( I am from Canada) I will be with my 3 children (one having a severe peanut /tree nut and soy allergy). I will be packing most of my food and baking before I go. But looking for places for dinners or lunches that are IBS safe, friendly -any suggestions would be great.
