Hi - yes, it is safe to take the acacia with any probiotic. The Tummy Fiber is a prebiotic, which means it will encourage the growth of the probiotics in your gut. You don't have to take them at the exact same time of day for this benefit.

Flax is 50/50 soluble/insoluble, so be cautious. Finely grind those seeds and add to a soluble fiber base. They are not at all the same as acacia, which is 100% soluble fiber.
