I was losing weight fast (almost 20 pounds in 2 years). At my wits' end I went to a GI doc who told me to take PediaSure. I must say that my BMs have reduced from 6 per day to 3. Also the motions are not as loose as before. In the website they mention PediaSure complete contains whey & milk protein, but it also says that it is lactose and gluten free. That's a bit puzzling. But it has given me vitality and energy which I missed so much. Probably I am not lactose intolerant which I had incorrectly assumed. Also the weight loss has stabilized which is a big relief Try it & see for yourselves.
