first time since 2001/now 2013 that i've been staying almost unnoticeable with spasming

I apparently am not able to do white wheat, using just the white rice and some cornmeal, tapioca and potato, not oat though (gassy) for starches. Even the white wheat and taking gluten enzyme suppl. didn't work. Increase in food fiber higher than what i intake now, had bothered for years. I utilize baby foods and flavor them up sometimes for convenience, not bad really, some countries think their use is gourmet. I drink around 10C water/day and take 18 grams of soluble acacia fiber...it sweetens stools too. Also, taking low dose Bentyl for IBS-D. I try to remember to chew more as well. Don't have insurance right now;Might have developed scarring, which could contribute to having hard time eating higher amounts of fiber that gets caught up and creates gas it seems. Limited variety, but hey. Tried making better than the store bought white rice tortilla using xanthan for a more flexibile tortilla knowing i've read it can cause less gas than guar, but it did cause noticeable increase in gas anyway, though the xanthan did make a much better white rice tortilla than any store brand i've scarcely found. Hope this helps anyone.
