I have very sensitive stomach in the morning as well, I find eating a bread from HEathers cookbook (banana or pumpkin spice) and mint tea and eat slowly really helps, about an hour later I have the same thing for a snack at work and ease it into my lunch. I make a few of these breads and freeze them for the weeks. They are great and filling, you can have an extra piece and not have a "consequence" that results being in the bathroom or doubled over with cramps. hope this helps. ALos the rice pudding that is in the cookbook is a great treat..warm it up.
