In the meantime, follow Heather's dietary guidelines. See if it helps you .I am IBS-D and also in Australia. I was recently diagnosed with having no good bacteria in my gut at all so it's hard to say if I will improve once my gut flora balance is restored. In the meantime Heather's diet is a God-send.
