Hello, you have to eat the safe foods and don't skip meals. It's important that your bowel is full and won't be empty because an empty bowel is more sensitive than a filled bowel. Take the foods from efi with you in the car in a coolbox for example. ( on this site, or the book). You can try frenchbread with turkey or smoked salmon. A peeled apple. Drink water or tea. Maybe iced tea from this site? And just tell your husband to stop every 1/1,5 hour for example so you can walk for a few minutes, go to the toilet and take your time to eat well. I guess you have to eat well for longer then 1 day. Try not to eat fat foods and not in a hurry. Enjoy.

Saskia
