Hi Sassie, My soup did not work very well. I put it onto the rice. It was really a puree and I added less than 1/2 cup. I think it triggered GERD and gas. It did not trigger D, but I had a very sleepless night. Very unpleasant and I feel just awful today. Tiredness, nausea and anxiety are back. Boohoo. I think I will put it in the freezer until my body is stronger.
It is very defeating because the past 2 days were so very good.
