Unfortunately MRT (Mediator Release Test) is not a recognize test for food intolerance. The results have no meaning.

In the following section of Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Food Allergy in the United States
4.2.2.9. Nonstandardized and Unproven Procedures; Guideline 12: it say the following test in

Guideline 12: The EP recommends not using any of the following nonstandardized tests for the routine evaluation of IgE-mediated FA:

- Mediator release assay (LEAP diet) [LEAP MRT test]

Since the results of this test are unreliable it is not possible to give dietary advice on how to handle the results of the MRT Test. Sorry.
