The results have no meaning. In the following section of Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Food Allergy in the United States 4.2.2.9. Nonstandardized and Unproven Procedures; Guideline 12: it say the following test in Guideline 12: The EP recommends not using any of the following nonstandardized tests for the routine evaluation of IgE-mediated FA: - Mediator release assay (LEAP diet) [LEAP MRT test] Since the results of this test are unreliable it is not possible to give dietary advice on how to handle the results of the MRT Test.
