I generally make a juice from frozen berries cooked and then passed through a sieve. I then add this thick juice to my morning oatmeal and other things. The supermarkets where I buy my frozen berries have just changed the contents of their berry mix. It used to contain: strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and banana. All FODMAP safe. They've now changed the mix to contain: blackBerrys strawberrys, blackcurrants, and redcurrants. Is this mix still FODMAP safe or do, as I suspect, blackberrys and blackcurrants contain polyols?
