Can you have "too much" soluble fibre?

I have Benefiber (100%wheat dextrin i always check ) but some days I have a LOT of it if I am going somewhere special and cannot have an attack and want to foolproof myself.

I have worked myself up to having 4 or 5 massive heaped tablespoons a day. Is that too much? I think it helps me have a bit more fruit/veg as I cannot eat hardly anything unless it is pure soluble fibre and 0 fat but you have to have SOME fat sometimes.

Is it wrong to be having so much of the stuff? I don't want to de-sensitive myself to it.

Also, I drink a LOT of water, at least 2-3 litres a day. Is this ok or would it dilute digestive juices and make things harder for me? Thanks!
