Has anyone tried Benebiotic as a probiotic for IBS?
I would be curious to hear of your results/comments.

Also, as I am researching various diets, I am seeking input on the safety of apples, applesauce, and apple pectin for IBS sufferers. One diet (fodmap) says to avoid apples.
One says apples are okay. One says to avoid fennel. Does that mean avoid the fennel tea as well?
I realize that each person's body is different, and it's really a matter of careful trial and error, but I appreciate any input anyone might have.
Thanks so much.
