I've also found an almond 'yogurt.' (Ecomil dessert) It's mostly composed of water and sugar. Ingredients: Water, raw cane sugar, almonds(7.5%), corn maltodextrin, tapioca starch, thickner:carob bean flour, natural vanilla flavouring, curcuma extract.

Fat wise it's 4g/100g which I think would be fine. The sugar content is 12g/100g. I think anything above 15g/100g sugar is considered high.

Any thoughts on the other ingredients?
