IBS Friendly Protein Powders Exist?       01/19/12 09:02 PM Edit Reply Quote BobbyE Reged: 11/28/11 Posts: 9 Loc: New York, NY Hey All, I've been looking long and hard for an IBS friendly protein powder but it seems that all the rice protein powders I've encountered are made from brown rice. There's hemp protein but that has high amounts of insoluber fiber. There's pea protein but peas are on Heather's insoluber fiber list. I'm unclear if whey protein isolate is just as bad as whey protein so I haven't gone that route. Lastly I've tried soy protein but it doesn't sit well with me. I'm looking for a protein powder for after my workout but haven't found any that are IBS friendly. Has anybody had any luck in finding an IBS friendly protein powder. Thanks in advance!
