How....HOW do you I add IF. Can you take my diet, and work with me to add in suggestions? I try and add IF like frozen strawberries, clemintine, but not only does that not seem to work, it seems to make things worse. I try and increase Benefiber, but it does not work.

but I still don't know 1) If canned fruits count and are good 2) How to add into my diet
Can somebody, is somebody, willing to work with my template and add suggestions? I'm not getting it...deleting red meat is easy in that you just avoid...but total calories, getting IF, is an art I stuggle with.
