I buy it in the form of Magnesium citrate because that is the easiest for our bodies to absorb. I like it because our bodies need it anyway. In fact, I did some research and found that over 70% of people in the US are magnesium deficient. It has really helped me with my constipation!! Also, you can try Vitamin C. That really helps too!!
