I hadn't heard about it until I met with the dietician. It's supposed to be full of antioxidants. I bought a box at Trader Joe's. It has orange peel, cinnamon, roasted chicory root, orange oil, anise seeds and cloves. Actually it is pretty mild in terms of spice. I wonder what straight rooibos would taste like. I am going to try this little tea shop she told me about. It's loose and you have to use a muslin bag or tea ball to brew it. I've never been much of a tea drinker as the dunk the bag kind never appealed to me. Only liked tea when my Aussie friend would brew up a pot.
