Thanks Lauren,
I always use honey in my tea, whenever possible. I dislike sugar in it. I like the Rooibos with apricot and peach I picked up the other day. But I'm still just having it in the afternoon or evening. I had some "tranquility" tea yesterday (a very stressful day at work!) which was chamomile and spearmint, and really, very calming! So now I have a couple different varieties to chose from at least!
