As long as I eat celery that has been cooked and in small amounts such as in soup, I'm fine. I take Lexapro for anxiety and I know that if I lowered it, my IBS would go nuts. Is there a really big difference between 7mg and 5mg? It may be worth it to keep taking it at the 7mg....
