No, celery isn't a trigger food. See this list here for triggers: Trigger Foods

However, celery would be considered Insoluble Fiber, so you'd want to eat it carefully. This means eating it with a good soluble fiber base and in small amounts.

Changes in ADs, lowering or raising the dose, can affect your IBS. This is probably what's causing an increase in your current symptoms.
