I have been trying to figure out which hot cereal I can eat, that would fall under the soluble fiber category and therefore safe for IBS-C, and I am very confused.
Which of these products are ok, if any?
Cream of Buckwheat
Cream of Wheat
Quaker Organic Oatmeal
Irish Steel Cut Oatmeal
Heartland Oatbran

Any other recommendations you can give? I really enjoy hot cereal in the morning!
