Vitamin D       11/17/06 07:49 AM Edit Reply Quote Syl Reged: 03/13/05 Posts: 5499 Loc: SK, CANADA The research is beginning to show that people who live in north areas need to take a vitamin D supplement at least in the winter time. A colleague works for a large pharmaceutical company managing drug trials. Vitamnin D is one of the vitamins that is being measured in some of the trials. They are finding vitamin D deficiencies on a regular basis in people from north areas.
