Is that the same as Colace? I hope so... You said that you use it from time to time, how come you don't take it daily? The box says to take one daily, for prophylactic effect. How many do you take? When is the best time of the day or night to take? Should I take it on an empty stomach? How long before I see results if I start taking it today? The box says to take 1 or 2 daily for 1 to 3 days. Is that what you do? Any side effects? Sorry for all the questions, hope you don't mind. Thank you so much for your reply. I appreciate your help and info.
